The Comnet FDC8NLR Series is an 8-channel contact closure receiver designed for use with the companion FDC8 transmitter. Contact closures are encoded into robust data packets, eliminating the risk of false state changes from transmission errors. Solid-state non-latching relays provide high reliability and default to a normally open (NO) state upon power or signal loss. Integrated LED indicators confirm each channel’s status, optical link continuity, and operating power. Packaged in Comnet’s ComFit housing, these units can be rack, shelf, or DIN-rail mounted. The design is industrially hardened (-40 to +75°C) and includes surge protection for long-term field reliability.
