The Comnet CNFE2005S2POE/M is a compact, two-channel Ethernet media converter with integrated PoE+. It supports two 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 inputs and a 100 Mbps singlemode dual-fiber ST output. Each RJ-45 port delivers up to 30 W of IEEE 802.3at PoE+ power. Packaged in a mini housing, it requires a separately purchased 48 VDC PSU.
