The Comnet CNFE100(X)POE/M Series media converters provide full-duplex fiber optic transmission of a single channel of 10/100 Mbps Ethernet data (10/100 BASE-TX) over multimode or single mode optical fiber. These units are IEEE 802.3at-compliant Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE), delivering up to 30 watts of power in Mode A or Mode B, automatically selected by the converter. A high-output 60-watt model is also available for applications requiring greater power.
